Public bug reported:

i dont know if this is unity or not, but i only say it for you to get
the point.

the problem is, in the panel on the top of the screen has an soundicon,
on that menu of it is a  slidebar located, when i drag the indicator on
it to far to the left, the mouse wont release when i release the
mousebutton, and it still sticks to my mouse. this would not happen if i
drag it too far to the right, so a bug isnt it? (latest ubuntu 13.04)
