One more note. As Jean-Baptiste Lallement stated even if you manually add armhf
to the script it doesn't help much because there are no description for armhf
images in both:

This bug prevents juju/local from running on armhf.
I'm getting 'confused by armhf' while trying to deploy the node because juju
uses ubuntu-cloud template internally.
Does it make sense to change importance to the higher level taking this fact
into account?

I would simply add a check for qemu-$arch-static, but am wondering
whether we need to also set up multiarch like the ubuntu template does.
