Public bug reported:

Konsole, the terminal emulator in KDE, cannot be made borderless. Other
terminal emulators support this.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Open Konsole
2: Settings > Scrollbar > Hide
3: Settings > Tab bar > Hide
4: Settings > Configure Konsole > General > Show frame: uncheck
5: Settings > Hide menu bar
6: Right click on the window's title bar > Advanced  > No border
7: Look at the edges of the window. There are still some borders. This looks 
rather silly.
It should be possible to completely remove the borders.

I will attach some screen shots.
