What do you mean by:
can not enable
? What happens? Where? What errors are there, and where? You should
probably reenact the bug and run apport-collect 1164378. You might
have to copy the data to a system where you have network access, or use
Ethernet after causing the bug.

This issue only exists in Ubuntu live system of 12.04.2, 12.10 and 13.04.
But it does work well in Ubuntu live system of 12.04 and 12.04.1.
