I could finally solve this bug. It was caused by the module lmpcm_usb, the USB Logitech MediaPlay Cordless Mouse driver by David Oliveira. The problem only existed with my USB Logitech MX Laser 1000 mouse. Even if the lmpcm_usb module is for an other model, it somehow interfered with my mouse.
