now a have try'd booth kernels, 3.9RC6 3.9RC8 on my Netbook and on my
Workstation, but i booth cases there was more problems.. and the old
problem is not fixed - same issue! :/

to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
