Probably a hardware issue as this bug cannot be reproduced in the later versions. Can you post the hardware you were using when this bug occured? The make and model of the mouse, the motherboard, the cpu and the memory. I don't think any of the other parts will be necessary but if you know them, go

I'm back to say it really is a bug, and it's in Gnome. I installed the Gnome version of 13.04 and the same thing happened. Then I installed Debian Wheezy Live 7 with Gnome and the same thing happened. The same versions with other desktops do not have the issue. -- You received this bug notificati

OK, I have now installed the official-release version of 13.04 on a clean partition (again), and my problem has gone away. There might have been a hardware issue going on, as I have had to replace my processor fan and was getting errors in dmesg also to do with bus access. -- You received this bu

Seriously, what should I do? I installed KDE Desktop, and the mouse works there. I want it to work in Unity and Chrome, though. Clarifying, this is issue is when I click on the desktop, but not when I click in a program, file manager, etc. Those act normal. -- You received this bug notification b
