Description: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS
Release: 12.04

System crashes using 3.2.0-40-generic and 3.2.0-39-generic periodically,
but not when using -38. The users of the system have not been able to
identify a pattern in their usage of the system that specifically
triggers this bug.

A memtest was run overnight and no errors were found. A fsck was also
forced and no errors were found.
