After more testing it seems that this card or driver doesn't seems to
behave stable (for RTL81885 it worked nicely not so long time ago). It
can work but it also can throws those errors and don't work or
crash/hand the system.
- Xubuntu 13.04 daily iso: descriptor errors can happen sometimes

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.9 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.
If the mainline kernel does not fix
3.9.0-030900rc8-generic 3x plug in/out and it works.
