Public bug reported:

Just did a fresh install of Xubuntu 13.04.  Installed all the updates
and restarted.  Now in the top panel I have a big black Bluetooth icon
and a smaller Blueman Applet icon in the top panel.  On Ubuntu 13.04 I
only had the smaller Blueman Applet icon in the panel.  Is this a bug or
is this how it is suppose to be in Xubuntu 13.04?
