Public bug reported: Hi,
I upgraded to Ubuntu 13.04, and all went mostly well (except the usual problems with my ATI graphic card). Everything worked fine yesterday, but when I booted my computer today, I discovered a strange behavior: all application start maximized, and when I click on the resize button, the window no longer has window decoration. I can still access its menu through the panel, but not basic functions like close, minimize and resize (see screenshot attached). Window decoration is checked in CCSM, and the command points to gtk- window-decorator. I did not touch anything in CCSM. The only thing related to "decoration" that I tried was a bit of theming in Ubuntu Tweak. But I got back to default. I use Ubuntu 13.04 32bits, with Unity, fully udapted. I dont' know if it's relevant, but I also use the makson96/fglrx ppa, which downgrade X so that fglrx-legacy can still work with my graphic card (I used it in 12.10 as well, and I didn't have this problem). I don't know what sort af attachment I can add, but I remain at your disposal! Thanks for your time. ** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "Just a screenshot for better understanding" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1173931/+attachment/3657416/+files/Capture%20du%202013-04-28%2013%3A55%3A38.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1173931 Title: All windows start maximized, no window decoration To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/1173931/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
