I'm not really comfortable enabling this feature as long as
CONFIG_USB_UAS is depends on SCSI BROKEN. Perhaps it will be ready
in time for 14.04

I do not have apport installed, and additional log files are not
necessary to diagnose any problem. The required fix is to add
CONFIG_USB_UAS=y or CONFIG_USB_UAS=m to the Kconfig used by ubuntu.
