So the upstream 3.9 kernel does not exhibit this bug, but the 3.9.0-0.4
kernel does? Can you update to the 3.9.0-1.5 kernel, which has been
rebased to upstream v3.9.1.
You should still be able to install and test 3.9.0-0.3. You just need
to install the .deb and select it from the GRUB menu. Te

I'm already on 3.9.0-0.4, so I can't install it.
Puting the following lines in rc.local makes the card load the dsp file:
rmmod snd-hda-intel
modprobe snd-hda-intel
It still displays the error on boot though, but later on, the dsp
