The problem is not that boinc-amd-opencl is in conflict with it self,
this is the case in almost every package. The problem is, that amd-
libopencl1 is not available in the ubuntu repository, only in debian,
but listed as a dependency. You can remove this dependency, because
fglrx-driver contains a

Works for me with version 7.0.65~dfsg-2~precise4.
If you open up the properties, dependencies the text itself is not corrected.
In conflict with: boinc-amd-opencl
But this is a minor flaw.
