It happend after I installed linux-image-generic-lts-raring and after that
linux-headers-3.5.0-28-generic which tried to compile the fglrx .
I had no such a problem with linux-image-generic-lts-quantal and kernel 3.5
headers are installed and everything was compiled ok. (and I'm using it now) I
This problem (and vbox problem) occurs because you are trying to use the
3.8.x kernel. Revert to using the original 3.2.x kernel that comes with
precise, and it will allow the modules to build.
