Finaly it got fixed. Now my setup is: Bumblebee 3.2.1 linux-kernel 3.8.0-26-generic Nvidia 325.08 I had to repackage bumblebee-nvidia package to work around dependencies problem (it allways wants older nvidia driver version like 310 or 313). So I think this bug may be marked as fixed. -- You

Just for some more information. In weekend I have tried older kernels with nvidia-310.44 drivers and bumblebee 3.2.1. So for now I have tried 3.9.0-030900rc6 (with nvidia-319.17), 3.8.0-19 (with nvidia-304 and 310), 3.5.0-27 (with with nvidia-304), 3.2.0-40 (with with nvidia-304), 3.0.0-22
