After looking into this a bit more I see that python-glanceclient
0.9.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0 isn't a hard dep on glance so it doesn't get
updated when glance is updated.

Having trouble parsing the issue here: Is it that the version
descripeancy in requires.txt prevents python-glanceclient
0.9.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0 from finding/loading keystoneclient and blocks the
client from functioning at all?
or is it that upgrading glance from Folsom to Grizzly does not upgrade
