Public bug reported: happened to me at least twice.
An application window is not responding (but not greyed so not considered not responding ), CPU load is low(no high computing) as well as i/o. This time the application was eclipse Kepler Last time I think it was firefox Well, then the mouse can't click. I move the pointer, I can use super key to show unity board, but I can't click anywhere just as there was a glass panel between the mouse and the applications. I press ctrl alt F1, killall -9 "application" (firefox or java) and on ctrl alt F7 I got my mouse click again. I think this is a bug in the renderer library, maybe a race condition.
