Same here. The lock screen is displayed but the keyboard and mouse are locked. I can't access the TTYs, though I can do a hard restart with M-SysReq-B. I upgraded to 13.04 from 12.10. There were minor issues during the installation process, which I repaired the usual way with dpkg- reconfigure -a

Now even user/password is not displayed. Only desktop with opened windows when the system was set to sleep. Keyboard and screen is frozen, mouse pointer moves. Must shutdown using power button, which reacts immediately (no need to hold). -- You received this bug notification because you are a mem
