Public bug reported:

I don't know if I should report this as a nautilus-image-converter bug
or go to ImageMagick, but I am using nautilus-image-converter version
0.3.1~git20110416-1 on Ubuntu 13.04 and resizing this 128x128 image to a
"custom" 96x96 image seems to change the colour of the image!

I've attached a screenshot with the original image, the different
coloured image produced by image-converter, and the expected result
produced by scaling in GIMP.
