The ideal solution would of course be that somebody steps up to fix
this. I'm happy to answer questions, I just don't have the time to work
on this myself.

bzr-svn is not compatible with svn 1.7. Therefore one has a choice between
keeping old svn & bzr-svn, or dropping one of the two.
Once can still use bzr-svn (e.g. clone it as a plugin into ~/.bazaar/plugins/)
together with matching older libsvn & python-subvertpy.
