Public bug reported: Squirrelmail: 2:1.4.23~svn20120406-2 Description: Ubuntu 13.04 Release: 13.04
Since upgrading from 11.04 or 11.10 to 13.04, I have found that sending an email through squirrelmail fails. The HTTP connection associated with the page fetch is closed immediately - looking in the apache log I see the following: ===================================================================== [Mon May 27 20:16:02 2013] [notice] child pid 1240 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) ===================================================================== Each attempt to send a mail is met by a segfault (is this actually php segfaulting!??). So far browsing mail works fine, no other obvious issues. I have tried downgrading to 1.4.22-1 and 1.4.20-1ubuntu0.1, same failure - I don't want to fiddle with the PHP install so have left it at that. ** Affects: squirrelmail (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1184735 Title: Segfault on sending email To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/squirrelmail/+bug/1184735/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
