* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/alsa-base.modprobe: Load snd-seq,
- debian/alsa-base.postinst: Forcibly remove /etc/modprobe.d/sound
on dist-upgrade,
- debian/control: Don't Depend on modutils, and
LP #120097 mentions method to fix sound issue without upgrading to .14.
This is not required for Redfish anymore.
