Line 3273 of /var/lib/python-support/python2.5/mercurial references 
inst.reason[1] instead of inst.reason[0]. You can trigger this code path by 
running:
'hg incoming http://localhost:8000:/path' from an hg repo. (The error here is 
the extra colon in "localhost:8000:"). Don't have permission to submit patch, 
but it is literally a one-liner.
