Looks like upstream won't fix this, so there's not much we can do about

I did a rescan of the project and it was great for several minutes. Then
it crashed while I was typing:
if ( $_POST['action'] == " *crash*
... and this was without me doing my usual if(){} sequence.

Hi! Somehow, I have been with ubuntu for over a year and only just
learned about kdevelop. I *really* like its code completion.
However, after my initial creation of a project, I, too, am having
crashing. Unfortunately, mine crashes quite frequently -- enough that
it's unusable. :-( Except for one
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
