I'm also having issues getting a PCMCIA 340 MB HDD to work. Should I create a different bug report for it (it's my understanding that with 2.4 flash disks vs hdds used two different kernel modules, memory-cs and ide-cs), or would it be the same issue? If you like, I can create the same files
