python-scipy dependency error at Gutsy
The problem in Ubuntu is that python-scipy is broken. It FTBFS due to
something else changing in the Gutsy environment and I haven't been able
to get it nailed down. The previous verions we had in Gutsy was
incompatible with the current python-numpy version in Gutsy.
