wow, now that was an interesting read. you say that firefox performs better
AFTER enabling and disabling compiz?
if so you might want to comment out (put a # infront of
Option RenderAccel true
eg
# Option RenderAccel true

so, i have done the changes to xorg.conf, now my notebook performes like
windows without any drivers. scrolling is so slow, that i can make
coffee during scroll one page.
i have read the archlinux wiki, and i found this line in one users xorg.conf
i have inserted it in the xorg.conf under section
the new xorg log file, with folowing things in xorg.conf:
Option RenderAccel true
Option XAANoOffscreenPixmaps true #needed for aiglx

well, the only new thing in your xorg.conf is Option
XAANoOffscreenPixmaps true so that might be what fixed it.
i'd try asking the guys on irc.freenode.net #xorg on what
ProcXCloseDevice to close or not means. maybe google it.

is there any possibility to clean all the compiz related stuff from my system,
including all from ubuntu devs edited files. that the X is clean again?
maybe this works. or someone can fix the bug, this is the solution i prefer. thx

by default all desktop effects are NOT active. compiz is installed but

but compiz do something, so that software rendering is gone after activate and
deactivate, because before everything is slow, after everything works.
and it should be said that dri is enabled and says yes, before and after
compiz enable/disable
