well, the only new thing in your xorg.conf is Option XAANoOffscreenPixmaps true so that might be what fixed it. i'd try asking the guys on irc.freenode.net #xorg on what ProcXCloseDevice to close or not means. maybe google it. -- grafics rendering slow, until activate and deactivate compiz
