Hi, This is not a PPA hosted by launchpad/canonical but we provide a repository on our website to get the last (stable) version of our software. TL;DR: There is no security fix as PlayOnLinux is a fronted for Wine (written mainly in python/bash), but old version ( 4.2) may not be able to work
