Thanks for the report. I agree that the opencl extension should be
available, but as far as I understand, the cuda extension would need the
Nvidia CUDA-Toolkit, which is non-free and not available in
Debian/Ubuntu. I've linked a Debian bug report that deals with the same
issue to this one.
