libboost-date-time1.34.0 is the package name if it was dependant on version it would be libboost-date-time1.34.0 (= 1.34.0) or (=1.33.0) but as you can see the dependancy as i listed above is not listing a version nor the package you have stated it does. -- Gnash broken dependency
