A single test dealing with flask is now enabled (only for python2). python3-flask isn't available, so that explains that. And the other tests apparently need turbogears, which isn't even in the archive anymore. So while one test enabled isn't super great, it's leaps and bounds better than none.

I'm not convinced the tests are running. All I see is the output running test, which passes very fast. And patching one of the tests (test_scan_api_loops in test_tg1.py) to assert on a different value still passed. So that test at least isn't being run. Besides that, it looks fine. But can
