Trying to open one of the "about" PDF documents from inventor-demo with
xpdf:
xpdf /usr/lib/inventor/textomatic.about
...results in various segmentation faults in Precice (LP: #943195), Quantal and
Raring (LP: #1024533) and Saucy (LP: #1205732).
Ubuntu's xpdf has been broken for a long time.
