I agree with flickerfly - this completely broke installing my Xerox
Phaser 3250 printer on Xubuntu. The gutenprint installation pop-up just
sat there and with ps I saw two dpkg processes sitting there
forever.
If this can't be fixed in the 13.10 release, a work-around should be

I disagree that this is not a bug. The repository was installed by
Ubuntu software when I was installing a printer, not by me. When it
installed it put a key in, but it put in an invalid key. If Ubuntu is
going to enable these things, it should do it with a proper key not a
bad key.

Thanks for the report, it's not a bug in (L)Ubuntu, you need to import
the correct archive signing keys with "apt-key". You should ask the
openprinting.org maintainers to put it somewhere on their webpage.
