The bug seems to be fixed in version 3.5.8 (or eariler, but I couldn't test).

For what it's worth here is a me too.
Running Feisty on AMD64. Starting Kopete from the command line gives the
following error as soon as I go online in Yahoo:
~/.kde/share/apps$ QMetaObject::findSignal:ClientStream: Conflict with
