I definitely reproduce this in both Feisty on my laptop, and on Gutsy on
my newest machine. I'll add my recommended reproduction steps below:
1. On Feisty or Gutsy, bring up Inkscape on the desktop. In both cases I used
my default account.
2. Use the mouse to press the function "Create Rectan
Inkscape has the same problem with HTML entities. For example, if you hover the
cursor over the "Rotate Counter-Clockwise" button (the first button in the
second row in a standard installation), the tooltip says "Rotate selection
90° counter-clockwise", instead of "Rotate selection 90°
