This bug here is that the shell itself needs to support rotation. The
indicator panel should rotate as well as the edge touch areas and this
would solve the problem. So not really an osk bug.

Actually Kai has a good point. I've updated the wireframes to reflect
that so that Indicators rotate.
Therefore, this bug is probably more to do with the indicators rather
than OSK? Thomas, please confirm.
