The recently released v1.04 of the server supports the latest gutsy
kernel (2.6.22-12) out of the box without any patching. IMHO it is now
ready for inclusion within gutsy, if time permits. I assume, but
haven't checked, that the newly release player is also 2.6.22 ready.

I have managed to compile the modules with the vmware-any-any-update110 update,
but it required modifying 'include/asm/page.h' of the kernel headers.
Included is the build log and the patch page.h
