Program: LibreOffice 4.1
LibreOffice installed via ppa:libreoffice/ppa
If the LibreOffice userinterface language is changed from the default
English (USA) to another language such as English (UK) then most Start
Center Icons do not display.
Note: the same issue is not replicated if the LibreOffice packages are
downloaded and installed (the package installation however does not
appear to use the Global Menu HUD)
