We cant build all the l10n on the PPA due to discspace limitations on the
builders. This was solved by upstream work that allows to build l10n separately
in LibreOffice 4.2, but that wont be backported. = WONTFIX.

for reporting bugs solution was to use launchpad/libreoffice (Ubuntu) with a
tag ppa for this.
So, I've marked this bug as affecting libreoffice (Ubuntu) and added
tag ppa.
