Binary package hint: liferea
When there are unread items, hovering over the liferea icon in the
notification area pops-up a blank tooltip (i.e. no text in the tooltip).
Instead of being blank, it should contain text describing how many
unread items there are. When there are no unread items, the tooltip
displays 'No new items/No unread items' as normal.
