As described in LP: 1233055 this change breaks the option to change the
scrolling behaviour on laptops without two finger scroll support.
This contradicts the statement "For someone with a laptop old enough
that it lacks a two-finger capable touchpad, opening a settings dialog
in order to turn off

It's good to know this is being changed upstream. Although I assume
gnome-settings-daemon 3.8 wont be in Saucy, so I'd still like to see my
proposed change in Saucy.
I think the one-line change in ubuntu-settings.gsettings-override is
also pretty darn close to free =)
