Some information to breathing led: 1. There is a patent on this behaviour (i.e. http://www.google.com/patents/US6658577), and some may not want to implement it. 2. It is usually implement by EC by detecting hardware pins. For example, SLP_S3#, SLP_S4# and perhaps others:

A10 08/28/2013 Just the same behaviour, i.e. the led goes solid off on sleep. If I think a bit, this may be what one wants, because this will spare some µAh and lengthen sleep time before the battery gets empty. On the other side, no indicator may be a lack for some others. Do we really need a s
