Marking this as a duplicate of bug #1222602 since hte GPU listed in this
bug is definitely affected by the Mesa 9.2 issue.

This should be partly fixed (for tooltips and quicklists) at least by
lp:1233109... I'd probably need a low powered machine to verify the
other cases.
