After some scrutiny I think there was a problem in power supply of my
computer. As I stabilized power supply voltage grew up from 4,8V to 5,0V
the HDD works without any errors. I think the problem is in power system
of HDD (it's very sensitive).

I tried to google for firmware updates, but Toshiba's support site leaves a lot
be desired...
Anyway, if you suspect ncq, try forcing it off by booting with
