Public bug reported:

Picking non-standard locations to save screenshots is a big mess. Here
are a few examples that are unintuitive, and essentially force you to
select the screenshot folder manually each time.

They assume a folder layout of Desktop/screenshots/, and
Desktop/screenshots/old

Case  1
* Take a screenshot [PrintScreen]
* Under "Save in Folder", choose "Other..."
* Navigate to screenshots/ (double-click on screenshots/)
* The "Location" bar on the top now reads "old"
* Delete the "old", so it saves in "screenshots" proper
* Hit "Open"
* Screenshot will now save in "screenshots/"
Expected behavior: "old" is not auto-populated in the location bar, so you
don't have to delete it to save in "screenshots/" instead

Case 2
* Take a screenshot [PrintScreen]
* Under "Save in Folder", choose "Other..."
* Navigate to screenshots/ (double-click on screenshots/)
* Double-click on old
* Use the bar at the top (reads something like Desktop > screenshots > old) to
navigate up
* Press "Open"
Expected behavior: saves where you navigated to
Actual behavior: saves in "old"

Case 3
* Take a screenshot [PrintScreen]
* Under "Save in Folder", choose "Other..."
* Navigate to Desktop and single-click "screenshots"
* Press "Open"
* Press "Save"
* Take another screenshot [PrintScreen]
Expected behavior: The "save in folder" dropdown remembers where screenshots was
Actual behavior: It does not remember, there is only the "other" option

Case 4
* Take a screenshot [PrintScreen]
* Under "Save in Folder", choose "Other..."
* Navigate to screenshots/.. and double-click "screenshots"
* Delete "old/" from the location bar at the top
* Press "Open"
* Press "Save"
* Take another screenshot [PrintScreen]
* "screenshots" now shows up in the "Save in Folder" dropdown. Click on it
Expected behavior: clicking on "screenshots" will select the screenshots/ folder
Actual behavior: after clicking on the option named "screenshots", its name
changes to "old", it is selected, and the screenshot will save to old/ instead
