This debdiff adds a patch to change the remaining (according to grep)
hardcoded paths to tcllib 1.8 files to 1.9 ones.

Thanks for your bug report. It seems there are more hardcoded tcllib 1.8
paths in the program that need to be updated to 1.9. I'll upload a
debdiff to fix it shortly.
