I was able to reboot the live image and here's what Gparted showed.

Running Check from Gparted cleared that error flag on sda1, but it's
not possible on a swap partition.
Since I wanted an entire disc install anyway I'd think it best to just
create a new partition table, but I really need to see if I can figure
out a way to reproduce this.
