Steps to reproduce:
1. Flash the latest daily current to Nexus 4
2. Launch the pre installed Calculator app
3. Launch the web browser app and tap on URL field to br

I can confirm with a variant where you don't kill the browser, which is
not a "user" way to terminate an application on the phone but instead
when in the browser with OSK displayed, reveal the launcher and press
the calculator app, OSK should hide but it doesn't.
