Public bug reported:

My understanding is everything about the Ubuntu Touch phone should feel
the same or very similar. Currently the design for Timezones doesn't
match any other option additon system in settings.

For and example:
1. Goto Settings
2. Click on Accounts
3. Land on the Accounts main page
4. Add an account
5. Returned to the Accounts main page on completion
6. Option to add another account appears
7. Lift the chrome bar
8. Click back to get to the main setting page

For Timezone:
1. Goto Settings
2. Click on Time & Date
3. Land on the Time & Date main page
4. Click on ETC/UTC
5. Type in a City name
6. Click on the City
7. Not returned to the Time & Date main page
8. Instead you are able to add another timezone
9. Lift the chrome bar
10. Click back to get to the main Time & Date page
11. Lift the chrome bar
12. Click back to get to main setting page.

Neither of these actions are similar to the accounts page nor is the
ability to add another timezone. I think it would feel far more obvious
if you were returned to the Main Time & Date page with the option to add
another timezone now visible.
